This policy explains how BetHuman, operated by Harborly LLC, handles information when you visit the site, purchase access, sign in, or contact us.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, purchased package, transaction status and amount, provider order identifiers, alert preference, account authentication information, support messages, and basic technical or operational logs.

Payment information

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. BetHuman does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may handle your information under its own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, grant and maintain access, send pick alerts when you opt in, provide support, prevent misuse, secure the service, keep transaction records, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate BetHuman, including Stripe for payments, OpenAI Sites for hosting and account access, Resend for email delivery, and Google Workspace for customer support. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own terms.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect rights and security, or comply with law.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, security, accounting, and legal requirements. You can change pick alert preferences in My Access. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@getbethuman.com.

Children

BetHuman is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
