The rules are simple.

These terms govern your use of BetHuman and your purchase of its digital sports information products. BetHuman is operated by Harborly LLC.

Informational service only

BetHuman provides sports data, analysis, projections, and informational picks. BetHuman does not accept or place bets, operate a sportsbook, hold betting funds, or guarantee wins or other outcomes. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, or professional wagering advice.

Your decisions

You are solely responsible for how you use the information, whether you participate in wagering elsewhere, and whether doing so is lawful where you are located. Sports outcomes and market lines are uncertain and can change after publication. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use sports information in connection with wagering, you must also meet the legal age and other requirements in your jurisdiction.

Purchases and access

Each displayed price is a one-time purchase for the package and access period stated at checkout. There are no automatic renewals. Included postseason access, release types, and categories are defined by the selected offer. You must use the checkout email to access purchased content.

Selections and availability

BetHuman reviews available games but publishes only selected opportunities, except Eliminator products that identify a winner for each game in the covered slate. The number, timing, confidence label, supporting data, and availability of selections may vary with the schedule and information available. Picks may lose.

Permitted use

Your purchase is for personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, republish, share account access, interfere with the service, or use BetHuman content to create a competing product.

Intellectual property

BetHuman content, branding, presentation, analysis, and site materials are owned by Harborly LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants limited access, not ownership of the content.

Refunds

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Service changes

We may update, maintain, or temporarily interrupt the service. We may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, account sharing, misuse, or violation of these terms. If BetHuman cannot deliver purchased access, the Refund Policy applies.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetHuman and Harborly LLC are not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made using the information. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact
