BetHuman sells digital information that can become available immediately after payment. Please review your package before completing checkout.

Digital access purchases
All sales are generally final once purchased access has been delivered or made available. A change of mind, a missed release, a changed line, or the outcome of a sporting event does not qualify for a refund.
When we will help
We will review refund requests for a duplicate charge or when BetHuman cannot deliver the access included in the purchased package. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Email hello@getbethuman.com from the address used at checkout. Include the package name and a brief description of the issue. Do not email card details.
